including one involving an incident that allegedly took place at
Hefner's home.
Judy Huthfiled a lawsuit Tuesday alleging that theCosby Showstar
sexually assaulted herat L.A.'s famed Playboy Mansion in 1975 when she
was 15 years old. The LAPD has opened an investigation into the
allegation.
Playboy Enterprises chief Hefner, who lives at the mansion, released a
statement Saturday: "Bill Cosby has been a good friend for many years
and the mere thought of these allegations is truly saddening.
"I would never tolerate this kind of behavior, regardless of who was
involved," Hefner added.
For his part, Cosby has dismissed the allegationsas "innuendos,"
while Cosby's lawyer,Marty Singer, called the claims untrue and has
questioned the accusers' credibilityin statements released to the
media.
